Saturday, October 17, 2009 from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT)
October’s Sustainability Forum which is free to access for all our Young Advisors and Leads will be hosted by the Kaizen Partnership at the Zetter Hotel in London. (Lunch Provided)
Kaizen is an innovative, outcome-focused training and consultancy company that produce outstanding results in the areas of Regeneration, Housing, Education and Employment.
Kaizen specialises in designing and delivering cutting edge projects in the community sector, focusing on making a difference through empowering individuals and communities.
For Young Advisors and Leads they will be delivering a specially designed one-day training, on the theme of creative thinking and leadership. The training will explore how our judgements and preconceptions can get in the way of creating effective partnerships. We will examine what we can do to overcome limiting thinking patterns including other professionals’ negative attitudes about working in partnership with young people in general, and Young Advisors in particular. It will be an opportunity to develop your self awareness and leadership skills as well as your capacity to understand and influence other people, in order to achieve even bigger goals and targets. It will be a very interactive training – so come ready to talk!! There are only 40 places available so be sure to book soon. To download the flyer go to:
